Welcome to Master Coder: Logic Challenge, developed by Kevsite Games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Android game ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

Short version: Master Coder is designed to be played offline. We store your game progress only on your device. Ad partners may collect limited data for ad delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

1a. Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information to use the App.

1b. Automatically Collected Data (Local Only)

Game progress — Your saves, statistics, achievements, difficulty settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

1c. Data Collected by Third Parties

The App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (advertising ID, Android ID)
IP address and approximate location
App usage and interaction data
Device type, OS version, and language
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy.

Transactions are processed entirely by Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.

📢 4. Advertising & Premium Upgrade

The free version of Master Coder displays:

Banner ads on menu screens
Interstitial ads after every 3 completed games
Rewarded ads (optional) to earn hint tokens or extra continues

Purchasing the Premium Upgrade (one-time purchase via Google Play) removes banner and interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional choice.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

🔒 5. Data Storage & Security

All game data (statistics, achievements, settings) is stored locally on your device using Android's standard storage mechanisms.
We do not operate servers that store your personal game data.
We implement industry-standard security practices within the App.
We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access to your device.

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored game data, including your statistics and achievements.

👶 6. Children's Privacy

Master Coder is rated Everyone and is suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).

Advertising within the App is configured to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We request non-child-directed ad content only for users who have indicated they are 13 or older.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us via the Google Play Store listing and we will take prompt action.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you
Deletion — Request deletion of your data (you can also reset progress in-app: Settings → Reset All Progress)
Opt-out of ads — Disable personalized advertising in device settings
GDPR (EU/EEA users) — Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection
CCPA (California users) — Right to know, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal data)

🗓️ 8. Data Retention

Game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or use the in-app "Reset All Progress" option. We do not retain your data on our servers.

Third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play) retain data according to their own data retention policies.
